A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 48 Hours from the date when the booking is made in order to confirm the reservation. Failure to confirm the reservation will result in cancellation of the booking.
The remaining balance is payable 7 days prior to arrival. Failure to pay the remaining balance by this time will result in cancellation of the booking and the forfeit of deposit.
For all bank transfers payment confirmation must be sent and a copy of the payment confirmation must be presented upon check in.
**Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking or part thereof within 30 days of arrival, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited.
If you cancel your booking or part thereof within 7 days of arrival, 100% of the full pre-payment will be forfeited.
Changes to reservations will only be accepted in writing.
From Buitengracht turn left into Wale Street and 2nd right into Long Street.
From the airport to Long street is approximately 21km and takes approximately 20 minutes.
Exit the Airport and continue for 3 km, mwege onto the N2 HIGHWAY. Then follow N2 STAD/ CITY SIGN. After 18km move into lane with M6 / SEAPOINT / WATERFRONT sign. Proceed up Buitengracht Street for 1km and then turn left into Wale Street and right into Long Street. You will see us there!
