Directions

Kruger Inn Baclpackers is 18 kms from the Crocodile Bridge entrance gate to the Kruger National Park. By road we are 450 kms from Johannesburg, 110 kms from Maputo and 100 kms from Kruger International Airport Nelspruit. Collection to and from Nelspruit airport can be provided by prior arrangement.

The Marloth Park turn-off is 20kms after Hectorspruit on the N4 from Nelspruit / Johannesburg and 18kms from Komatipoort on the N4. There are excellent bus services (Greyhound & City to City) from Johannesburg and Maputo which stop at Komatipoort. Collection and transport to Kruger Inn Backpackers can be provided by prior arrangement.

By road


From Johannesburg/Pretoria on the N12/N4 towards the KRUGER NATIONAL PARK

Past Witbank, Belfast, and Machadodorp to Nelspruit. (ON THE N4)

Pass through Nelspruit to Malelane and then past Hectorspruit. (ON THE N4)

About 20kms after Hectorspruit on the N4 take the Marloth Park turn-off left for about 5kms. From Komatipoort on the N4 after about 18kms take the Marloth Park turn-off right for about 5kms.

Sign in at the Entrance Gate and stay on the tar road Olifant Drive for about 5kms until no. 2007 on your left: Welcome to Kruger Inn Backpackers!

From the Kruger Park crocodile gate exit after about 5 kms take the first turn-off right (Marloth Park) for 10kms, then right again for 3kms and sign in at the Entrance Gate.

Stay on the tar road Olifant Drive until no. 2007 on your right: Welcome to Kruger Inn Backpackers!
