Situated 5 minutes east of Cape Vincent where you can visit Tibbets Point Lighthouse while viewing the most beautiful river sunsets in New York State. You will likely be fortunate enough to gaze at a ship using the St. Lawrence Seaway. Come and enjoy this beautiful area where the lake and river meet - offering parks for recreation, fishing, wildlife viewing, picnics and relaxation. We are also just 10 minutes west of picturesque Clayton where you can enjoy the recreation center, coffee shops, art galleries, fine dining, unique stores, fitness center, boat tours, museums, kayak and boat rentals, eco-tours, tennis courts, golf courses and a large playground. Not to be overlooked is nearby Alexandria Bay - a quick 20 minute drive offering boat tours, two Castles on the River and much, much more.

Essentially a home away from home, the house includes a beautiful U-shaped open kitchen done in pine and oak with counter stools and a ten foot locally handmade kitchen table with seating for twelve people. The expansive living area offers cathedral ceiling & walls done in knotty pine, comfortable living room furniture, a flat screen TV with cable service and an aesthetically pleasing electric heated fireplace. Sliding glass doors lead to the upper deck equipped with an outdoor gas grill, a picnic table and cedar Adirondack deck furniture. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed, flat screen TV and plenty of storage space for your belongings. This home is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, microwave oven, dishes, pots and pans, etc. and dishwasher. It also offers central air conditioning/heat, and washer/dryer plus wireless internet access.

Each of the 5 bedrooms has a queen sized bed, flat screen TV and plenty of storage space for your belongings. It is best suited for 10 people, and will accommodate a maximum of 12 people.

Angel Rock Waterfront Cottages & Vacation Homes is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.

Cancellation: Rental deposits are non-refundable. If you must cancel, we will try to find another guest to take over your reservation. If we do re-rent it, we will deduct a handling fee equal to one night's stay from your deposit and issue you a refund of the balance. No refund will be issued if your rental remains vacant. Refunds are never issued on one or two night stay reservations.

Deposit: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express for online reservations. A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation for multiple night stays, with balance due on arrival.

Security Deposit: Upon check-in, credit card information is required to hold as a security deposit. Your card will not be charged unless damages occur during your stay, and the issues have been discussed with office management.

One night Stay: One night stays must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

Children: Children under 1 year old are not included in the total number of guest. All children over 1 year old must be included in the total number of guests. GUEST MUST BE 21 TO RESERVE.

Housekeeping: Housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. At check out, guests are expected to leave the property in a clean and tidy state. All dishes should be washed, dried, and put away; trash and recycling should be put in the trash and recycling area, any open food should be taken with you or discarded, sweeping and vacuuming done and gas grill cleaned. The exception is making beds and cleaning bathrooms - please do not make the beds you used - we will wash the bedding and re-make the bed, and we also thoroughly clean the bathrooms. You may choose not to do the requested cleaning, in which case we charge a housekeeping fee of $50 per cottage ($100 for vacation homes #17, #18, #19, $200 for vacation homes #15, #16, #20, and #21, $150 for Clayton Home and $300 for Deluxe vacation home).

Laundry: Onsite coin operated laundry is open May through October. The washers operate only with high efficiency detergent, which we supply at no charge. Please do not bring laundry detergent. Vacation homes include washer and dryer in unit.

Towels & Paper Products: Guest are responsible for supplying their own bath, kitchen, & pool towels and paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc).

Check-in: 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make check-in arrangements.

Check-out: 9:00 AM.

Absolutely No Smoking inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

No Pets. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet.
