A deposit must accompany all reservations. The first night of your stay must be paid for in advance in order to confirm your reservation. Reservations for 4 nights or longer require one-half the total as a deposit. Balance is due in full upon your arrival. Payment may be made by Cash, Travelers Check, Visa MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Personal checks are accepted as a deposit only. If you must cancel your reservation for any reason, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged. The balance of your deposit will be refunded provided you notify us 21 days before the date of your arrival. If less than 21 days notice is given, your deposit may be refunded if we are able to re-rent your room for the period reserved. There are no refunds on early departures. No Pets

Directions From Rt. 9: Turn inland at town square (amusements) onto Rt. 5. Go up the hill, turn right at the stop sign onto Rt. 98. Inn is 3rd building on the left. Directions From the South: Take I-95 Maine Turnpike to Exit36(Saco-Old Orchard Beach) .On I-195, get off at exit #2B, for Rt. 1 North. Go 2.6 miles north on Rt. 1 to 3rd traffic light intersection of 1 & Rt. 98. Turn right onto 98. Go 2.6 miles, Inn is on the right.
