St. Paschal Baylon is considered “Protector of womenâ€, the origin of his protection is a really very nice story and comes mainly from Neapolitan folk tradition.
Tradition says that the little tern consoled in confessional woman who complained about their husbands, then prepared a drink made of eggs, sugar and wine….so that little tern was considered the inventor of eggnog.
The women sang and prayed….the holy well…
