The following policies will help make everyone's stay enjoyable!
Check-In / Check-Out: Standard RV check in time is 1:00 pm and check out is 12:00 noon. Earlier check in times, and later check outs must be authorized by the park office. Cabin check in is at 3:00 pm and check out is 11 am.
Set-up:
a. Please ensure that your electrical connection is securely plugged in. Surge protectors may dislodge or cause issues with the plugs being firmly in place.
b. Please ensure that your water and sewer hoses are properly connected. Check for leaks or drips after hooking up. Notify the office staff if there are any problems.
c. Please use pads or boards under the jacks on motor homes and fifth wheels.
d. Please do not place rugs or ground coverings on the grassy area of your site.
Sites:
a. Please do not park or drive on the grass.
b. Shade tents with bottoms are not permitted on the grass.
c. If you require boat parking, or have extra vehicles, please contact the office staff for additional parking arrangements.
d. No washing of RV's, vehicles, or boats at your site or anywhere on park grounds.
e. No clotheslines
f. Sites must be kept clean and neat, free of debris and trash. All cigarette and cigar butts must be properly disposed of and not thrown on the ground.
g. No abusive, belligerent, violent or threatening acts or language toward any other guest will be tolerated.
Laundry, Restrooms and Showers: These are open 24 hours and are cleaned daily. Please let us know if they should need attention. Please do NOT lock the restroom entry doors. Also, when doing laundry, please be sure to clean lint filters after drying clothes. Washers may not be used for washing of heavy items such as rugs. The Laundry Room in Gassville has washers capable of handling heavier loads.
Ice & Firewood: These self-serve items are available 24 hours by the “honor system”. There is a container on the ice machine to deposit your money. Ice is $3.00 per bag, or 2/$5.00. Firewood is $5.00 per bundle. You may also choose to have these items billed to your site, just let us know what you use or take.
Propane: We can fill your tank(s) between the hours of 11:00 am – 1:00 pm, Monday – Friday. Please leave your tank at the propane fill station and be sure it is marked with your name and site #. You can pick it back up after 3:00. Current price is $3.50 per gal + tax. Total price will be billed to your card on file unless requested otherwise. (Emergency fills may also be available after 6 pm M-F and on weekends. Please call the office to arrange those.)
Children: All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Unsupervised children are NOT allowed on the riverbanks, or at the ponds. The water levels fluctuate and can be very dangerous. Children may play in the common areas but may not play or ride their bikes in the reception area hallway or other guest's sites. Disruptive activity will not be tolerated.
Park Etiquette: Please do not walk in between occupied sites. This is considered your private yard. Some sites have larger yards, but this is not considered common areas for walking. The steps behind Site #8, and the deck behind Sites #12 & 13 are common areas for everyone to use. The sloped grassy area along the riverbank is a common area. Also - Please keep your music at a comfortable level so as not to disturb your neighbors.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am
Speed Limit: All vehicles must adhere to the 10-mph speed limit throughout the park. Please remain on the roadways and do not cut through empty sites.
Trash: Please place tied plastic bags inside the dumpster located at the south end of the park. Please do NOT place RV trash in the Reception Center hallway trash cans. Only RV trash is allowed in the dumpster – no appliances, furniture, or other large items. Cardboard boxes must be broken down. Contact the park office staff to arrange for pickup of larger items.
Pets: All pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Your pets must remain under your control and not left unattended while outside. Pets must not be a disturbance to other guests. Please clean up after your pet, whether they are at your site or anywhere else on park property. Failure to clean up after your pet may result in a $100 fine and immediate discharge from the park.
Firearms & Fireworks: These are not permitted under any circumstances.
Open Fires: Campfires are permitted only in the designated fire pits. All fires must be extinguished before going to bed. Portable fire pits are available for rent by the day, week, or month. Contact office staff for availability. Camping charcoal grills are also available for rent.
