Reservations are on first come first serve basis, renters are expected to pay 50% deposit to book/reserve vacation dates, and should be made no later than 45-60days, a refundable security damage deposit of $1000 is required.
cancellations should be made 30 days prior to arrival and refunds would be made 3-5days into your bank account and a cancellation fee of 3% would be charged, renters age restriction 21 yrs old and above.
