From Carrasco Airport:
By taxi (about 25 minutes): white airport taxis from the arrivals area will charge you around 920 pesos (&45 USD). During daytime you can also try catching a black and yellow taxi from the departures area, which charge a cheaper fare.
By bus (about 50 minutes): take the D1 line, get off at Cerrito & B. Mitre, then walk 2 blocks (you can ask the driver to alert you when it's time to get off). On Sunday and public holidays the bus ends at Plaza Independencia, 7 blocks away. The fare is &20 pesos (&1 USD).
From Tres Cruces Bus Terminal:
