Around the residence you find a midget golf course, roller skating rink, tennis courts and a supervised children's playground, at a short distance several famous golf courses.
The boulevard and nice sandy beach are at a 2 min. walk.
The Tramuntana mountains are right there for making walking or biking tours.
The apartment offers you a nicely furnished living room with tv and wifi, a couch that can be transferred into two comfortable beds,a fully equipped kitchen and dining corner, a separate bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.
