Cancellations are only accepted via email.
Check In: 2.15 pm
Check Out: 11.00 am
However, if you arrive early you are welcome to leave your stuff with reception and come back later. Late arrivals need to confirm booking by email although, reception is open 24hrs.
Method of Payment upon the arrival: Cash, Credit Cards
A basic breakfast is included. You have the option to get a full all-you-can eat breakfast for 5.50 Euros p.p.. We also offer Lunch bags, lunches and dinners for an extra price.
Taxes are not included.
A 10€ deposit is payable in cash upon arrival.

The metro lines 1, 4, 5, and 10 are at two minutes walking distance from our hostel making it the perfect hostel to discover Madrid.
The two closest metro stops are Bilbao (metro line 1) and Alonso Martinez (metro lines 4, 5, 10) both stops give access to calle Sagasta, which is where the hostel is located (2 min walking distance).
From the Airport:
By Subway (around 30 min & 4€):
Take the pink line (line 8) until the end at â€ÂœNuevos Ministeriosâ€Â and change for the dark blue line (line 10) in direction â€ÂœPuerta del Surâ€Â and get off the metro after two stops
