OnTheBeach has a concept where fun and knowledge merged with the art of well receiving.
Is a meeting point where people from all over the world cruzed in harmony,just relaxing or learning yoga and surf in a atmosfhere where a nice vibe is always on air
.As a travelers we know what we like to find when where on the road so the house is well decorated,equiped with everything you may need.
The hostel is located 200 meters from the beach,the sound of the waves set the rhythm of the evenings and announce the mornings.Typically framed in the trace of the region,the hostel has been redesigned,always with a view on preserving their typicality and uniqueness.
A Portuguese pavement courtyard,surrounded by greenery,trees and flowers makes a beautiful garden.
There is a comfortably equipped solarium with a great view over the beach,a living room fitted with LCD,cable TV, internet,stereo and a world library.
A games room with snooker pool and diverse social games (pictionary,chess etc.).
You also can learn how to surf,at the most traditional surfschool of Areia Branca or pratice yoga in the hosteli s yoga school.
We want our guests to turn in to our friends and the hostel a place to return ,so in a familiar concept of hosting,however professional,you can relax and experience the charm and lifestyle of a typical Portuguese beach village.

If you are coming from Lisbon Airport (the closest one), the cheapest option to reach us is by bus.
In this case you need to take a taxi to the bus station in Sete Rios, near the Lisbon Zoo.
There, you look for the Express Bus to Peniche (schedule) and buy a ticket to Praia Da Areia Branca. The journey takes about 50 minutes.
Arriving at Areia Branca bus station, you just walk down the street (rua das caravelas) about 50 meters and you will find us just across the road.
