Il Vecchio Tasso

Il Vecchio Tasso is a restored country house in keeping with the style of the local area. Situated at 600 meters above sea level in the district of Smerillo, it is part of the Sibillini mountain range. The surrounding area is of enchanting natural beauty with rolling hills and valleys separated by wonderful forests containing precious vegetation of ecological importance.

The complex comprises of 6 rooms with ensuite.

There is a small air conditioned restaurant availiable where guests can enjoy a menu of traditional homemade and local dishes. All products used are either home grown or purchased from local producers.

A sunlit arcade overlooks the quiet landscape with stunning views of the area. Here it is easy to relax and let go of the stress of every day life.

At the disposal of the guests there is a large summer swimming pool (open from the 1st of June until the 15th of September), Wi-Fi, table tennis, darts and more. Due to the area a car is needed.

Motorway A14, exit motorway at Civitanova Marche, follow signs on motorway for Macerata, exit motorway at Montecosaro, at the Stop sign turn right for Casette d'Ete, follow signs for 'Ippodromo' (Piane di Montegiorgio), continue straight: Piane di Falerone, Servigliano, 2Km after Molino there is a sign on the left for 'Il Vecchio Tasso', continue along this street until you reach a fork in the road, turn left at the fork. Welcome!
