For those who have come to ski, local passes cover a large area of interlinked pistes (860 km!!!!) and lifts - known as the Sportwelt Amadé - which extends from St Johann, through the nearby villages of Wagrain and Flachau as far as Radstadt, 25km to the east. Slopes are best suited to beginners and intermediates.
