Relax within a warm, welcoming turn of the century foursquare B&B on historic Ludington Avenue near Lake Michigan beaches and sand dunes. There are seven rooms to select from, each with private bath, air conditioning, high speed wireless Internet access, multiple premium movie channels, DVD player, movies, CD player, champagne buckets on silver stands, spa robes and comfortable queen beds, soft sheets and lots of fluffy pillows. There are three fireplaces and many special touches throughout the inn. The very special Romantic Retreat Suite features a whirlpool tub for two.

Refreshments and snacks may be served on the enclosed porch or in the lovely parlor or relaxing living room with a corner fireplace. The elegant dining room glistens with fine china and crystal, two beverage centers, and there is also a small gift area featuring hand made soaps and delicious locally made jellies.
Outdoors is a relaxing deck with a sitting area, and other cozy sitting areas along with an outdoor fireplace.
