Hotel Tessin

Budget & Business Hotel Tessin is situated in the beautiful district of Munich called Laim, between the Schloss (Castle only 3 km away from hotel ) CASTLE NYMPHENBURG , the castle of the former Bavarian King Ludwig II and the MAIN TRAIN STATION The city center can be reached in less than 6 minutes, using any of the all modern public means of transportation.

All rooms are pleasently decorated, furnished with great care and fully equipped with shower, wc, colour TV and self-dialling telephone.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
our 3 BED ROOM`s are always
STANDARD DOUBLE ROOM + EXTRA ROLLING BED ( so called : additional cot for adult or camping bed - it is NOT a standard bed like in the single room , but good for 1 or 2 nights for adults as well , less than 80 kg weight )

Our extensive all you can eat, American style breakfast buffet is available for 6.00 Euro per person . Parking spaces are available for an additional daily fee as well, but you can park FREE of charge on the street around the corner or infront of the bb hotel tessin.

Payment is possible in cash, with creditcard and with debitcard.

**Please note: We have a cancellation policy of 48 hours in advance; in case of noshow we charge 80 % of the first night

HOTEL HAVE NO CURFEW - BUT RECEPTION IS ONLY OPEN TILL 22:00 h - in case of arrival after 22:00 please contact the hotel IN ADVANCE 24 h, that your room key will be deposited for you, in a nearby casino next to the hotel.

Directions

The city center of Munich can be reached in less than 8 minutes , using any of the all modern public means of transportation - the so called S BAHN stop LAIM is only 150 meter from the hotel; the S BAHN lines
no 1 - up to no. 6 AND 8 are stop in LAIM - this means you have a train to city centre comeing EVERY 2nd minute and you have DIRECT CONNECTION to CITY CENTRE OLD MUNICH + MAIN TRAIN STATION
