The Brookside Campround and RV park offers a wide variety of activities. Whether you enjoy the outdoors or prefer relaxing around camp, The Brookside Campground has something for everyone in your family or group. The campground is set on a lovely stream, Kiskatom Brook, where guests can enjoy fishing for trout. There is also a sparkling pool all guests can enjoy. There is plenty of room at this campground for outdoor games like volleyball, soccer, or taking the kids on a fire truck ride! Each campsite is complete with a picnic table and fire ring, as well, so you can enjoy a great outdoor meal. Wander over to the game room for video games and billiards, take a nature walk, or just do nothing. Your time is your own at The Brookside Campground, and you'll get the rest and relaxation you need as well as the quality family time you really want out of your vacation. Kids will find a pirate ship playground and lots of fun equipment to entertain them for hours; there is also a large selection of outdoor play items to help imaginations run wild. There are numerous ways to fully enjoy your Greene County camping experience.

Brookside Campground offers excellent Catskill Mountains camping, as well as a wide variety of activities, whether you enjoy the indoors or prefer some fun games on the grass. The Greene County RV park offers excellent trout fishing in Kiskatom Brook, as well as a sparkling swimming pool. Enjoy a game of volleyball or soccer, or wander over to the game room for some video games or billiards. Kids will enjoy being the captain of their very own 25-foot Amish-built pirate ship in the playground. There are also swings for kids and adults alike, as well as a large collection of play items. New for 2006 are our very own Pony Hops. The friendly Hopping Pony's will get young and old alike moving and laughing, but please don't feed them. Each campsite at this Catskill campground is complete with a picnic table and fire ring, so don't forget the marshmallows. However you prefer spending your time, you'll find something to do at Brookside Campground and you'll find the perfect way to enhance your Catskill Mountains camping experience.
Cabins are complete with full size private bedroom, Full Bathroom and Kitchen complete with Stove and Refrigerator. Cabins are large and room and can sleep up to eight people. Outside you will find picnic table and firering. Please don't forget your bedding.
Pets are welcome, if they are less than 35 pound and not considered one of the dangerous breeds. They must be on leash at all times, cleaned up after and are not allowed in common areas such as swimming pool or children's playgrounds. If you have any questions please call or email prior to visit.
The Brookside Campground offers a variety of lodging choices. RVs and tent campers are welcome. RV sites are open and free of pine trees, so you won't have to clean off any debris! Several sites are able to accommodate pull-thrus and double slideouts. Full hook-ups include water, sewer, and 30 amp electric service. The Greene County resort has tenting areas to accommodate both small intimate groups and large gatherings. If you prefer a rental, The Brookside Campground offers a cozy travel trailer with all the comforts of home, including a complete kitchen with sink, stove, and fridge, a dining area, and sofa. Whichever way you like to camp, you'll find comfortable accommodations while camping in Catskill, New York.
