Accommodations
The Evans House has 6 fully decorated rooms with amenities and private baths, 2 of which include suites with VCR, small kitchen, and private entrance. Our common room has one of the most beautiful views in Breckenridge, as well as a social atmosphere, piano, and a library. Our hot tub is in an historic shed with stained glass windows.
Rooms/Suites
Each room is a different decor dedicated to local heroes of the area, a Ute Indian room, Victorian, Old West, Wicker and Forest, Garden and the Itinerant suite with log furniture and a jacuzzi tub.
Amenities
8 person hot tub enclosed, on site parking and ski and bike storage, front door ski shuttle.

Everything is within walking distance from us, shopping, historic district, restaurants, nightlife, recreation center with jogging trail and a Performing Arts Center.
Policies & Restrictions
No pets please and smoking is allowed outdoors on our porch, supervised children are welcome of any age.
