At the Castle Rock Institute we spend time backpacking, rock climbing, kayaking, whitewater canoeing, and mountain biking. We have students with all levels of ability and experience, and we tailor our activities to suit every particular group.
A typical day includes opportunity for study and adventure. Students take four courses, one each in Religious Studies, Literature, Studio Art and Philosophy, but also spend about three days each week enjoying a different outdoor activity.
We accept applications from any currently enrolled college student or high school graduate. Alcohol consumption, illegal drug use, and the use of tobacco products are forbidden.
