As Health enthusiasts, we promote body, mind, and spirit wellness within a healthy and sustainable environment. Avid outdoor enthusiasts, we chose the Kootenays, and Wasa Lake, because of its natural beauty and proximity to the mountains. Here we hike, mountain bike, swim, sail, waterski, kayak, ski, skate...just to name a few of the things we do!

The perfect place to raise a family, we were extremely fortunate to have raised our four children here. Their love of the outdoors and the Kootenay lifestyle will forever be ingrained in their souls! The Kootenay's has so much to offer. We would love to share our knowledge of the area so that you can appreciate the splendor that we so embrace every day.
