Book a unique team building event centered around our Local Team Building Seafood Beach Cookout. Join Our Caribbean Culinary Tour team building activity “Antigua Team Seafood Beach Cookout” with Chef Freda and connect with your team during a 3-hour culinary experience after enjoy the fruits of your labour with a 3-course meal together.

Antiguan Pepperpot Soup
Jonny Cakes with honey butter
Mixed Garden watermelon Salad
Herbed Grill Lobster with rum lime butter

Tropical Rice pilaf

Banana Rum Flambe' with pina colada cream

Group will be picked up from their hotel and transported to the beach where the event will be hosted. Event begins at 10 AM- 2PM
Group will be brief on the days event including menu break down
Group members will be placed into groups of 3-5 depending on the number in your group
Each Group will be paired with a local cook and then the fun begins.
Each group will have a copy of the recipe of the dishes they are preparing.
Under the guidance of the local cook you will get the opportunity to prepared each dish in a hands on cooking setting
At the end of the cooking sessions
group members are seated and served a 3 course meal of the meals that were prepared ( The indentical meal will be prepared and brought in to be served to group members). A local tropical beverage is also served with the meal
Each group members are given a copy of all the recipes in booklet form along with a logo apron and other local goodies
