Apartment in the business district

Dunajska street used to be an avenue of great villas but since 15 years ago it is becoming the most important commercial and business center of the highest quality .
In addition to commercial buildings there are some good restaurants, grocery stores, post office, bank, hairdresser, pharmacy, wellness ..in the immediate vicinity. City bus stop is just a few steps from the apartment as well as rental bike station is. The location is ideal for visiting the sports center Stozice, the Faculty of Economics, shopping center BTC ...and the historical city center is just 2.5 km away.

The apartment is located on the first floor. It is very bright and spacious with high ceilings. The large bedroom has a double bed ( 180 x 200 ) and it is possible to add a cot or an extra bed . For rest and relaxation after a busy day there is a living room with two sofas. Wi-Fi is included. Kitchen and dining room are in the same room. In the kitchen you will be impressed by the large stove which calls for a gourmet delights. Of course there is also a fridge and all the necessary utensils, dinner service ....tea and coffee, sugar, salt, olive oil, spices.....all you need for the beginning.
Bathroom and toilet are separate. Behind the house is a garden shared with the lower apartment. During the warmer days a beautiful green garden calls for relaxing tea time or even for a lunch from the grill. And do not worry, the apartment has a parking space in front of the house.
The owner does not live in the same building.
