Policy
• Credit card required to secure and guarantee reservation. Full amount charged at check in time.
• All rates subject to 11% Florida tax.
• Early departures will be charged for entire stay at registration.
• Please give notice of cancellation at least 14 days before arrival otherwise room charges will apply.
• No charge for children under 5 years of age.
• No pets allowed.
• Parking for registered guests only. One car per room, no exceptions. Towing is strictly enforced.
• No smoking in the rooms.
• Free morning coffee and sweets.
• Housekeeping services daily except Sundays and Holidays
• Automated attendant for evening calls with wake up call and voice mail service.
This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Cribs and rollaway beds available upon request for $10.00 per night.


All rates are subject to change. Minimum deposit (first night room and taxes) required on all reservations. Holidays and special events may be at a higher rate and may require minimum length of stay.


Room Charges are payable in full at time of Check-In.
