Cancellation
1.The cancellation must be made only 3 days prior to your check in date.
2.No-show will be charged with the entire period of stay reserved to a customer's credit card. Nevertheless, you'll not be charged if there is an official written letter via fax, e mail or phone call.
3.No show is non-refundable
4.Extension is subjected to availability due to the room occupancy and the payment is required in advance but non-refundable.
5.The notification of delay is required by phone or e mail regarding late arrival.
6.Other cases which not mentioned are under negotiation.

Amendment
7.Amendment is acceptable by notifying at least 3 days ahead of arrival date.
8.Urgent amendment, the hotel will consider room occupancy and some case is negotiable depending on occasion, season, and time. There is no confirmation on amended reservation.
