The apartment is located in the very town centre on the third floor, 40 sqm with the view on the main town promenade Marmont and far away 50 meters from Croatia National Theatre. The famous Roman Palace of the Emperor Diocletian is within 3 minutes walking distance from our apartment. The nearest food and supply store, restaurants, pizzeria, pharmacy, fish market is within 30 m range.
The apartment has kitchen with living room. In the living room there is a sofa (160x200cm). One bedroom with double bed and on request baby cot , bathroom and terrace 10 sqm. It is equipped with air condition, cable TV, CD, radio, DVD, wireless internet access refrigerator, oven, washing machine and all other domestic appliances.
The neighbourhood is very safe. Smoking in apartment is not allowed except on the balcony It is expressly forbidden to make loud noises from 23 to 8 hrs. SAFETY: Children on the premises must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Candles may not be burned in bedrooms. Candles used in common areas must be attended at all times. All appliances, except refrigerators, must be turned off before leaving the unit.
Distance from : Museum of town Split 300 m, Puppet Show Theatre 20 m, Ethnographic museum 250 m, Museum of archaeology 900 m, Gallery Mestrovic 1000 m, Catholic & Ortodox church100 m. Winter temperature and many sunny days, allow you to be a whole day outdoor, visiting many historical places, galleries and museums in the town of Split and in nearby town Solin. Take advantage of walking or jogging through pine wood on Marjan hill (10 min from the apartment). There is a possibility of enjoying wonderful walking tracks on mountains Kozjak and Mosor. One can also enjoy the opportunity of making excursions to the nearby islands, visiting the National Parks (lakes Plitvice, islands of Kornati, Paklenica i - mountain Velebit, river Krka, island Mljet) or try out rafting on the river Cetina (25 km) or enjoy horse-back riding (35 km).
When you go out from the main Rail & Ferry& Bus station you will walk along the sea and you will pass near by Diocletian palace. At that moment you will be on the pedestrian zone called RIVA. At the end of RIVA, turn to the right and you will enter in another pedestrian street named MARMONTOVA. After 100 meters on the left side you there is a small square with couple of cafes department stores ZARA & DOUGLAS and a huge yellow building.( NOTE: Don't go to the end of street Marmont because you will come to the Croatia National theatre ) When you come in front the door of the building, on the left side there is an interphone. On the top of it is a button with surname ELEZOVIC, press it and that is it (it will take 10 min walking)
