Accomodations offer three guest rooms and one suite. Queen beds, private baths, air-conditioning. Suite features stone fireplace.. Families with children are welcome in suite only.

Our manor house was built with fieldstone gathered from local farmland, giving it a color characteristic of the soil here in Rappahannock County. All rooms are large and comfortable, decorated with a homey, country touch.

Hint: Reserve a room here before you make dinner reservations at the Inn at Little Washington. Otherwise you may not find a place to stay. Let Susan make dinner reservations for you.

Sorry, no pets. Smoking is restricted to the outdoors. Children are allowed in our Suite. This room is away from all the other rooms so that our guests will not be disturbed by crying children.

If you have a dietary restriction, please tell us ahead of time so we can prepare a homemade breakfast that suits your needs.
