After we meet we will walk through the reknown Spice Market and stop for a private Turkish Spices Tasting session in a shop that has been there since five generations.

Then we will take a short scenic ferry ride over the Bosphorus to the Asian side of Istanbul. You will then arrive to a Turkish home on the Asian side of Istanbul and cook a traditional home-cooked Turkish meal together.A Turkish Culinary school in a real home!
Dishes are approachable and easy to replicate in your home country.The best part is the conclusion: Tasting your creations! For lunch, you will savor what you have cooked! A six course menu you have prepared, accompanied with boutique Turkish wines.

Cookery Classes are organized in a Home Kitchen. Instruction is in English.
Recipes are geared to the home cook. Detailed recipe booklets including 55 recipes and a Turkish Flavours apron are offered to take away and try once back at home.
