1. Please note that the hotel check-in and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
2. Reservations will be held until 6 pm (hotel local time) on the day of arrival unless guaranteed either by a credit card, deposit or by the company letter on approved credit list of the hotel.
3. All guaranteed reservations cancelled less than 48 hrs prior to 6 pm on the day of arrival will be subject to a one-night Retention charge.
4. The Travel agency voucher and payment must reach the hotel 21 days prior to arrival date.
5. No show guests will be charged retention fee for the number of nights reserved and confirmed.
