AmeriCana RV Park in Mission Texas welcomes Guests year around. Located minutes from the World Birding Center, the World Butterfly Center, and Bentsen Rio Grande State Park. We cater to Winter Texans, Snow Birds, and guests year round. RV Park
You will not find a better location in the Rio Grande Valley. We are located about a mile off Hi-way 83 in a quiet relaxed country setting. Literally 'just down the road' are: The World Birding Center, The World Butterfly Center, Rio Grande Valley State Park, and Mission Hike and Bike Trail at the Birding Center. Within five miles are nationally branded stores, golf courses, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Nationally ranked medical facilities in Mission and McAllen are minutes from our doorstep.
Amenities
Major additions and upgrades are always underway at AmeriCana. This summer we are building a new lounge in addition to a Mexican themed club complex with designer kitchen. Fifty sites and a new pool and spa are some of the major additions over the last six years. Over 75 of our have 50 amp electric service and we continue to upgrade our septic systems. We have a demonstrated track record of responding to and fixing problems when they occur. We continue to add services our guests have come to expect. Many sites have Phone/Modem and cable available for a nominal fee from local purveyors. Our free WiFi in the clubhouse and new lounge and have a computer terminal available for guest use. We maintain clean modern restroom facilities and a laundromat that works.

Many of our sites are shaded or semi-shaded and have concrete pads, walkways and new stone patios or you can opt for open grassy or gravel spaces. All are full hook up. The resort can accommodate 20, 30, and 50 amp electric requirements. NO KIDDING - AMERICANA REALLY DOES HAVE SOME OF THE NICEST LARGE SHADED SITES IN THE VALLEY.
Services Offered
The Club House and Patio can accommodate groups as large as 125 for a variety of functions and often do. Our designer kitchen is spacious and efficiently designed to meet the needs of the most discriminating cooks without falling over one another.
The pool and spa complete the club complex. While border shopping is great year round - even better deals can be found during the summer. AmeriCana is particularly welcoming during these months with its shaded lanes and refreshing pool inviting you after a hard day of shopping in Progresso. The Rio Grand Valley is seldom without a breeze.
Our outdoor patio with BBQ and Palapas is a friendly gathering place year round. Whether picking up mail from your secure mail box or shooting the breeze with old friends and making new friends - it is the place to be.

Cancellations accepted until Oct 1 with written cancellation request. After Oct 1 a 50% cancellation fee will apply however you may request a one-time roll over to the next season.

North Directions :
Via San Antonio: I-37/281 south, take exit 72 about 75 miles outside of San Antonio to Three Rivers and continue south all the way into Edinburg, take 83 West to Mission. Exit North Bentsen Palm Drive.
East Directions :
Via Houston/Corpus Christi: Take 59 South through Victoria & Kingsville to Rivera then turn west (right) on 285 to Falfurrias then go south on 281 to Edinburg, take 83 West to Mission. Exit North Bentsen Palm Drive.
