The Mason House Inn features guest rooms filled with antiques from the original hotel. Rooms are quiet and cozy. There is a formal parlor for reading or conversation and a dining room for games and TV. The annex building has a front porch with a swing. The Caboose Cottage is the only room with a TV and kitchen.

All rooms have wireless internet access. The Caboose Cottage has a TV and kitchen. Restaurants can be found in Keosauqua, Bonaparte, and Farmington, just a short scenic drive from Bentonsport. Keosauqua has a Country Club with golf, tennis, and a swimming pool open to the public. Lacey-Keosauqua Lake and Lake Sugema, and Indian Lake Park have swimming, fishing, and canoeing.
