Villas are 2 Bd/2 Ba and 3 Bd/3 Ba, 1600 - 1800 sq. ft., each with a personal pool and spa surrounded by six foot privacy walls. Fully equipped kitchen with all modern and small appliances, dinner and cookware. Living/dining area has table with seating for four - six persons, fireplace, wet bar, flat screen HD, DVD, stereo system. Master Bedroom has king bed. Guest rooms have king, queen or 2 singles. Bedrooms have private baths and patios. 2-car garage has washer & dryer. Free WiFi. Pool floats & towels provided. Villas are beautifully furnished, quality linens in place. Central pool and tennis court on property; free use.

Booking guests must be 25 years old or older. All villas are non smoking inside. Smoking is permitted on patios. One small dog allowed with approval upon booking; extra charge applies. Villa accommodates registered guests only.
Outside guests cannot exceed maximum occupancy of villa and manager must be notified before arrival. Only registered guests may use the courtyard pool and tennis court. Amplified music is not allowed around private pools or in courtyard.
