As per Indonesian government regulations, payments have to be made in Indonesian Rupiahs either in cash or credit card . The exchange rate applied is the prevailing official bank rate of the day . Transfer Notice:Land transfer from the Bintan Ferry Terminal is approximately 15- minute drive to the resort . Two-way car transfer is available at USD 25 nett per car, up to 3 persons . Please advise the hotel your transfer requirement together with your ferry arrival time . Child Policy: Infants and toddlers, who are below 4 years, accompanying adults, stay in existing bedding or a baby cot with breakfast on a complimentary basis . Baby cot is subject to availability . Children 4 to 12 years, accompanying adults, can stay on existing bedding with our compliments and dine at 50% off regular menu prices, except for kid's menu . Extra bed may be reserved with compliments, subject to availability . Extra bed is not available for the Superior Rooms .
