Day 2: At around 1000 hrs ,Pick up from hotel and depart to SLU study centre in Karen (lunch at SLU), then at approx 1420hrs depart for David Sheldrick (Orphanage for Baby Elephants) for a Private presentation. Overnight Fairview Hotel (B&B) Day 3: After breakfast head north, crossing the equator. The drive is one of the most spectacular as you descend from the highland forests of Mt. Kenya onto the Great Northern Frontier, Arrive in time for lunch at Samburu Lodge. It is also ideally placed for visits to the neighboring reserves of Buffalo Springs and Samburu National Reserve. In the late afternoon game drive in Samburu National Reserve. Lunch, dinner and overnight, Samburu Lodge. Day 4: Mornings game drive at Samburu Game Reserve and thereafter return for lunch at the Lodge. After lunch, spend the afternoon by the pool or take advantage of an optional walking safari within the Reserve. In late afternoon you head out for an evening game drive. Here you will awake to the trumpeting of elephant, fall asleep to the symphony of the African night or sit in stillness and observe the fascinating interplay of the animals as they arrive to drink, bathe, spar and forage around the water hole. Dinner and overnight, Mountain Lodge (HB) Day 7: After breakfast, depart for Lake Nakuru .Arrive in time for lunch, after lunch an afternoon game drive at Lake Nakuru National Park which boasts of more than 400 species of birds and including Flamingos which Lake Nakuru is famous for, the rare Leopards, Buffalos, Antelopes and mostly the habitat of the white rhino. Dinner and overnight at Maili Saba camp Day 8: Full day game drive at Lake Nakuru National Park .Box lunches (From Maili Saba) at Makalias Falls. Dinner and overnight at Maili Saba camp
Day 9: After breakfast depart for Masai Mara via Masai Town of Narok with a detour at Maji Moto with picnic lunches (from Maili Saba). After lunch head to Masai Mara Game Reserve with a late evening check-in at Sekenani camp. Dinner and overnight at the Sekenani Camp. Generally we arrange accomodation in 3-5 star accomodations depending on the clients' budget. Budget Camping for the same itinerary is also available; Basic Camping also available.
General Terms and Conditions Validity of Prices Prices are valid for the periods shown but are subject to change without notice in the event of Government action, i.e. increase in hotel tax or VAT, or to increase if prices are significantly affected by other circumstances beyond our control. Prices are based on exchange rates prevailing at the time of publication and may alter should any major variation in exchange rates occur.
Prices Include Prices quoted for safaris generally include transport as per the itinerary, game drives where appropriate, full board accommodation, picnic/extra lunches where stated, scheduled charter flights where mentioned and park entrance fees.
Prices Exclude Itinerary prices generally exclude international flights, visa costs, airport taxes, optional excursions, personal insurance (medical or other), flying doctor membership, drinks, tips, phone calls, laundry and any items of a personal nature.
Children Children above the age of 2 years and under 12 years of age sharing with parents generally pay 50%. However this varies from one hotel or lodge to the other and is subject to confirmation. Reservations/Payments A non-refundable deposit is required on booking and the balance 4 weeks before the booking date, although in certain circumstances larger deposits are required. If booking within 4 weeks of the booking date, the whole amount is payable at time of confirmation. Notwithstanding any prior confirmation of arrangements, the right is reserved not to undertake a booking if payment is not made in accordance with the foregoing. For international air tickets, full payment will be required at the time of booking. Exact terms and conditions of the airline ticket will also apply. These vary with the airline and with the type and class of the ticket, and are available on enquiry or at the time of booking. Cancellations Any booking cancelled forfeits the deposit and if cancelled within 28 days and the day of the safari the total cost of the safari is forfeited. Accommodation Wherever possible we book rooms with private baths throughout a safari on the basis of two persons sharing a double room. Single rooms are available at supplementary cost but neither single nor rooms with private bathrooms can be guaranteed.
Transportation Varies with each itinerary but is usually by safari minibus with large windows, pop-up roofs, guaranteed window seats and the services of an English speaking driver/guide. French, Spanish and Japanese speaking driver/guides are also available.

Responsibility All bookings are accepted on the specific condition that Baisy Oryx Tours, Travel and Safaris Ltd act only as booking agents for the tour members in making arrangements for hotels, transportation, sightseeing, restaurants or any other services in connection with any itinerary. Every effort and care will be taken in making such arrangements, however, Baisy Oryx Tours, Travel and Safaris Ltd do not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident or delay to person or property due to any act of default of any hotel, carrier, restaurant, company or person or any of their servants or agents rendering any of the services included in the tour program(s). The tickets, coupons, tariffs, rules or contracts currently in use by any carrier, hotel, restaurant or other contractor rendering service shall constitute the sole contract between such contractor and the tour member. Further, Baisy Oryx Tours, Travel and Safaris Ltd accept no responsibility for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, weather or any cause beyond their personal control. The right is reserved to cancel or change itineraries or substitute services without notice and to decline to accept or retain any tour members at any time. No carrier shall be responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board its own conveyance.
