Located centrally in Sussex, New Farm House is within easy reach of many interesting places and makes it an ideal centre for touring.
The coastal resort of Brighton with its historic monuments and entertainment lies 12 miles to the South and is a delight to visitors all year round - The Royal Pavilion or shop in the famous Brighton 'Lanes'. Enjoy the Edwardian Theatre Royal.
There are many Sussex villages close by which are all seaped in history and many have wonderfull country pubs.
The famous gardens of Leonardslee, Nymans and Wakehurst anre all not far away together with Sheffield Park with both a famous garden and the Bluebell Railway, the worlds first standard gauge preserved railway. Also within easy reach Amberley, Chichester and Arundel with its Castle and wild fowl reserve.

The house is a charming traditional style farmhouse built 27 years ago, which is set within an extensive garden with views over farmland.
The house is centrally heated and all the bedroom with en suite facilities, have been equiped with every comfort to provide a peacfull refuge away from the stresses and strains of everyday life. Beverage trays are provided.

Guided walks are available to those who would like to explore the delightfull countryside in the company of an experienced guide, and we can provide either half day or full day walking tours. Our guides not only know the most attractive trails but can also explain much of the history and folklore of the area and really bring your country walk to life. Of course being local people they know their way to those hidden country pubs where a 'ploughmans lunch is still traditional fare.
If two wheels are your choice then we can arrange bike hire. Your chance to ride the Downslink trail, 59 km of off road biking away from traffic, down the old Shoreham to Horsham to Guildford railway line.
