Vogt Farm Bed and Breakfast

Our farm is in the heart of Lancaster County with history surrounding us. We are close to the Amish Country as well as Hershey, PA. You can spend a day or week seeing the many things available. We are 1 hour East of Gettysburg. Kathy loves to help plan you time here so you get to do all the things that interst you. We can arrange for you to have dinner with an Amish family.

This farm buil by Mennonite farmers in 1868 is a tribute to their workmanship and Kathy's decorating. Our rooms are designed with the guest in mind. You will find them filled with comforts and amenities that are sure to please, like fluffy robes, TV, VCR, AC, and snacks in the common area. Many guests get a tour of the barns and grain elevator by "Farmer Keith". The cows are always fun to watch and Herbie is usually very friendly. If you want to see cows being milked we can arrange that too. Our big yard gives space for the children to run, play ball or throw frizbie. The flowers and garden are open for your inspection. NOW about breakfast......this is served every day and is will worth getting out of bed to enjoy. Coffee is ready early and breakfast is served at 8:30 weekdays and 8:00 on Sundays. We know you'll enjoy your stay. We even guarantee it.

Gramma and Grampa Brubaker Room: Our luxary room with fireplace and soaking tub. This spaciour room has a queen bed and sofa (opens to a double bed for children) for relaxing. the furnishings are wicker with a touch of Kathy's creatativity for window treatment. A favorite for honeymooners.

Cousin EdithRoom: A cozy room with featuring French artwork and an antique four poster queen bed. A loveseat offers you place to sit back and relax. The blues and roses make it a comforting room. The private detached bath is large and looks like a french garden.

The Barbara and Samuel Suite: The main room is our "English Cottage" with lots of room and a king/twins bed. The smaller bedroom is ideal for children or an extra adult, with a daybed and trundle. This room is the "garden" and you can even see the stars as you lay in bed.
