There is over five country acres for you to explore with wildflowers, fruit trees and gardens.

IMPATIENS & LACE... Air conditioned confort with its unique scrolled iron antique double bed, surounded by Victorian paper and lace elegance. Room shares a bath off the upstairs hall and has its own pair of soft terry cloth robes.MASTER.... Is a large spacious room with queen size fruit wood bed, original hardwood floors and large braided rugs. Enjoy it's air conditioned confort while counting sheep or looking at all the original antique cross-stichings that adorn its walls. This room shares a bath on the hall & has its own pair of soft blue terry robes.ROSE SUITE.... Is a private room featuring Minnie & Albert William Mauer's antique double bed which is dressed in a white lace conforter, hand made quilt & white ruffled bed skirt; surrounded with Victorian rose covered wallpapers, white ruffle curtains and original plank floor. It has an adjoining bath which is brass & white fixtured, decorated in coordinating Victorian wall coverings.

NO PetsNo SmokingWELL-BEHAVED Teenage Children welcome. Two nights minumum if Saturday evening is included in desired stay during peak seasons and holiday weekends.

* FROM ROCHESTER: Rte 490 East to Victor exit. South on Rte 96 & South on Rte 332 to Canandaigua. Left on Rte 20 East , then South (or Right) on Rte 247 to Reeds Corners. In Reeds Corners take first Left, Cty. Road #18 (bearing Right) follow to the end. Turn Left. Take next Right - East Swamp Road. About 900 feet on the Right is "The Gorham House" with the large 'L' shaped barn.
* FROM SYRACUSE: NY Thruway West to Exit 42. Turn Right and Right again onto Rte 96 North. Watch for Log Cabin Tavern on right and just beyond this turn Left onto County Road #6. Follow to Rte 5 & 20 and turn West; then Left on Rte 14A. Stay on Rte 14A till you bear Right onto Rte 245. Take Rte 245 thru Stanley and into Gorham Take first Left AFTER hamlet of Gorham onto East Swamp Road. About 900 feet on Right is "The Gorham House" with the large 'L' shaped barn.
* FROM SOUTH: Take Rte 14 North to Rte 14A and through Penn Yan. Take Left turn onto Rte 364. Turn Right onto Voak Rd. Take Left onto Ferguson Corners Road and First Right onto East Swamp Road. You'll cross Flint Creek and "The Gorham House" will be on the Left as you pass the 'L' shaped barn.
