Up to 4 weddings at a time can be catered in its non-denominational chapel, various venues, and new $10MM clubhouse. Live Concerts and other entertainment events are offered during the year.
Entertainment at Mountain Vista: This Luxury Home offers Dish Network Satellite Television Service with Top 200 Channels: 40in HDTV in the media/game room which includes DVD Player, surround sound, and Wii Gaming Console with Sports Disc. 46in LCD Panel TV Located on Main Level Den w/ DVD/DISH. 27in TV Located in Master Suite w/ DVD/VCR/DISH. 12in TV in Kids play cave is available for video games and DVD/VCR. A DVD/VCR Movie Collection is provided for viewing with both children and older themes, including New Releases. The game table is a professional 6N1 table, which includes Monopoly, Scrabble, Backgammon, Chess, Checkers and Yatzhee board games. Additional collection of Board games, jigsaw puzzles, and paperback books are also available.

Fireplaces at Mountain Vista: (2) Wood burning fireplaces provide the ambiance you come to expect from this type of home, one located in Den, and the other out on the patio. Firewood and starter bricks are provided for use in both fireplaces. The Forest is the only thing you see when sitting on the screened patio listening to the crackling of the fire on any night during the year.

Grilling Out at Mountain Vista: We offer (2) Styles of Outdoor Grills at Mountain Vista. Both a large propane grill and side burner, as well as a Weber Charcoal grill, with plenty of platters and grilling utensils. No matter your taste in grilling, we have the tools to get the job done. Charcoal and lighter fluid are sometimes left behind by the previous renter, however not guaranteed, both can be purchased at the general store or grocery store outside the entrance of Big Canoe.

Golf: Rated among the top 20 best golf courses in Georgia by Golf Digest, the Sconti golf course was designed by John Lee; recognized as one of America's most respected golf course architects. The challenging 27-hole course weaves through lakes, woods, mountain meadows, and covered bridges. Open all year to residents and guests of Big Canoe, the green's fees vary from weekday to weekend, depending on Prime Season (April through November, and Holiday weekends) and off-season for those staying as a guest in our home. Cart rental and soft spikes are mandatory. Dress code requires shirts with a collar, and no jeans. The Sconti Golf Club also has a putting green and driving range (fee). Property is furnished with all linens and basic paper supplies and guest soaps. The only thing you should need is food and clothes.

The Blue Cottage is located on Lookout Mountain, just outside Chattanooga, TN. The Cottage is conveniently located to Cloudland Canyon State Park, Lookut Mountain Flight Park (hang gliding), Point Park, Rock City, Ruby Falls, Incline Railway and all of the Chattanooga area attractions.
The inside is decorated with original art and lots of color. Linens and towels are provided. Cottage has a washer &dryer, dish washer, microwave, standard electric stove and oven, full size refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, blender, toaster, flat screen tv, dvd player, dvd movies, cd player, cd's, games, etc. The downstairs has kitchen, living area with day bed, full bath and master bedroom with queen size bed. The upstairs loft has a swinging single bed, and a nice selection of books.

Enjoy the unspoiled beauty of the North Georgia Mountains as you spend a day hiking, mountain biking or horseback riding. Spend a day tubing, fishing or whitewater rafting on the Toccoa or Ocoee River. Explore the quaint town of Blue Ridge with a wide array of shops and galleries. Our area is full of wildlife so don't be surprised if you see white tail deer late in the afternoon or maybe an eagle or red tail hawk soar and ride the hot-air thermals above you! Whatever you decide to try, we are sure you will find the area full of a variety of activities! We are just minutes away from Tennesee and North Carolina!
We have a wide selection 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom cabins. Some have mountain views or water views. Some cabins have hot tubs and game rooms.

We have six cottages located in one of the South's most photographed areas near Brasstown Bald, Georgia's highest mountain. Swim or fish in our own, spring-fed pond (no license required) or nearby trout streams and we'll provide the barbecue to grill your "catch of the day". In the summer months you may enjoy a swim. Country roads with little traffic are ideal for casual walks or jogging.
Watch the moon rise above the north georgia mountains from the covered porch of a private cabin surrounded by dogwoods and meadows at this 70-acre hideaway. Also in Blairsville you will find antique shops, shopping, restaurants, horseback riding, and golf. Vogel State Park and The Appalachian Trail are within ten minutes of our cabin. Whitewater rafting and gold panning are within an hour of the cabin, and a great train ride through the mountains can be had at Blue Ridge 30 minutes west of the cabin. Helen, Georgia is a short ride south about 35 minutes.
