Bathe in the crystal clear turquoise and azure waters. Enjoy the sunshine and the refreshing sea breezes. Paros is a jewel in the Cyclades island chain, only a couple of hours by ferry boat from Athens.

Begin your day with energizing and strengthening pranayama and yoga practices.
The classes are multilevel and incorporate pilates principles for core strength.

Then choose how you want to spend your time. There are many intersting options for your days.

Take a siesta on one of the lovely beaches, taste some local delicacies, go snorkelling. There are also some great dive sites around Paros.

Explore the island, with its charming little ports and gorgeous beaches. Visit cute traditional villages with their typical Cycladian blue and white houses and chapels. Paros is a small island and itis very easy to get around. You can use the local bus service, rent a car or motorboke.

The little sister island of AntiParos is only 10 away minutes by ferry.

The Tao center provides a great selection of massage and therapeutic bodywork therapies.

Spend your evenings savouring sumptuous local cuisine and enjoying the lively local tavernas.

The district is full of cafs, pubs, restaurants and shops, which is a draw for a large part of the Lima population on Sundays. Parque Kennedy, Miraflores' central plaza, regularly has flea markets and art exhibitions. Larcomar, a shopping mall overlooking the Pacific coast, is located in Miraflores, and is very popular among tourists, young people, and the middle and upper classes. They have restaurants, stores, a food court, ice cream shops, arcades, bowling alleys, nightclubs, bars, and the most modern cinema in all of Lima.

Miraflores has always been a major hub for tourists in Lima.
