We are in a exciting part of Provence which has a very rich green landscape and only a few kilometres away the green landscape is replaced with breath taken high mountains that have steep gorges.Only 20 minutes drive away is Lac de Saint Croix, which offers you bathing and different sailing facilities, and Gorges du Verdon both very attractive tourist destinations. The two wine producers Saint Jean and Chteau Thurrey are both near Villecroze in a distance of about 15 kilometres from MoissacBellevue. There you can buy great wine at good prices!There are lots of big and small picturesque towns in the near region, and here are some that we would like to recommend Tourtour, Villecroze, Cotignac, Moustiere Sct. Marie and Sct. Croix de Verdon.If you would like to go to the Mediterranean then its a good hour drive to for example Frjus.

Located in the Haute Provence region of France not far from the Mediteranean, but up in the hills above Aix en Provence, the local is rugged and beautiful filled with rivers and lakes, plateaus and valleys. Hill top stone villages abound. There are an enormous variety of outdoor activites from hiking, climbing, horse riding, tennis, swimming, sailing and canoeing, not to mention eating at the many top restaurants. The village Esparron de Verdon, is located on the lake of Esparron, which prohibits motor boats. The village dates back to the 12th century and has its own hotel, restaurants, cafs, bread bakery, crperie and mini supermarket. You need never leave! It is just over an hour to the airport in Marseille and 2 hours from Nice.
