There are 800 species of birds 16 of them endemic, such as the Egyptian vultures, Thickbilled Raven, Whitecollared Pigeon, Wattled Ibis, Spotbreasted lapwing are often seen. With 13 National parks and wildlife sanctuaries it makes a holiday in Ethiopia a unique and memorable experience.
