Our 11acre rural retreat is situated in picturesque and peaceful farmland 14 km north west of Taupo and close to many of the region's diverse thermal and scenic attractions. The western Bays of Lake Taupo are easily accessible and the beautiful Huka Falls are a few minutes' drive away as is the 'Hidden Valley' of Orakei Korako with its silica formations, mudpools and geysers. The tourist area of Rotorua is only 40minutes' drive from Minarapa. Likewise The glowworm caves at Waitomo are reached within 1 1/2 hours as are the skifields and walking tracks of Tongariro National Park
