In fact, most of the automobile traffic goes underground on a series of tunnels that used to connect to the City water.

(Town of Silao ) near Guanajuato The flights out of Leon are less frequent and slightly more expensive than out of Mexico City. American Airlines and Continental Airlines fly in from Dallas and Houston. Mexicana, Taesa, and Aviacsa Airlines fly in from the US West Coast. Delta flies in from Atlanta. The trip from Leon is approx 1.3 hour ride to San Miguel. There is no bus services to San Miguel..
