We offer everything from halfday trips to multiday adventures, all of which focus on LeaveNoTrace and environmentally friendly practices and are educationally based. We are based in Seward, Alaska and so all of our trips run in Resurrection Bay or Kenai Fjords National Park. Our guides are extensively trained and very knowledgeable about the history, wildlife, plants, etc of the area. Not only will you get out and experience the true Alaska, you will also go home with a much better understanding of the area you visited. We are a small shop, specializing in personalized sea kayaking trips. We will take out groups as small as two people, and love to cater to families with children. No experience is necessary to take part in our trips we will walk you through all the basics before you even leave the beach! Come see the difference in a shop where everyone cares about the environment around them and specializes in the sport of kayaking! We are all here to make your sea kayaking trip the highlight of your vacation to Alaska.

We also run a lodge, separate from the kayaking, which is a cozy log home just north of town. It's called Bear Paw Lodge, and we live there as well as rent out 4 rooms. The lodge is welcoming, clean, and comfortable with multiple common areas, a full kitchen to use, high speed internet, a grill and hot tub on the deck, and more! It's rated number one on Trip Advisor for specialty lodging in Seward. If you do choose to stay at the lodge AND kayak, we offer a 10% discount on the lodging.
