The location of elegant Vacation House, at 28 kms from Arezzo and not far from Siena, on the edge of the Chianti wine region and of Umbria, is perfect to visit the glorious Tuscan countryside and many cities of art of Tuscany and of central Italy Florence, Rome, Perugia, Assisi, Cortona, Ravenna, Orvieto, Trasimeno Lake, attainable through the E45 speedway, situated only 3 kms from the villa.

For artlovers, in this area there are Signorelli, Perugino, Pinturicchio frescos in addition to the 'Piero della Francesca trail' around Arezzo, Sansepolcro & Monterchi. There are a number of music festivals in the region, including Umbria Jazz in Perugia in July. Lakes Trasimeno and Montedoglio provide watersports, trips to islands & a small beach.
