This is a very unique home and location, beautiful, quiet, fascinating, "homey" not a rental type accomodation, this is a home. Every season has it's beauty.
Using the CAI maps, easily plan your daily rides, or venture further a field on the normal roads to nearby Montone, Preggio, Umbertide, Mercatale di Cortona and Cortona, Gubbio.
If you are an active cyclist, you will not even need to use a car from here, both Mercatale and Umbertide are close by.
