Located on the banks of the famous Kenai River only minutes from Soldotna, you'll feel as though you were miles away from town. Our four acres of heaviy treed property provides a haven for moose and other wildlife and birds. While red salmon can be caught from the bank, king salmon almost always requires a boat. Silver salmon can also be caught from the bank as can rainbow trout. If you are into golfing, there are three golf courses within a 10 mile radius. There are hiking trails and sightseeing opportunities around every corner. The Kenai River is famous for its sportfishing opportunities but other fishing is available in nearby Cook Inlet as well as other nearby streams. A sheltered oasis in untamed Kachemak Bay State Park, the lodge lies just north of
Tutka Bay and only 10 miles by boat from Homer, Alaska, the Bear Viewing Capital of the World. Custom built in the mid 1970's by owner/operator Keith
Iverson and accessible only by boat, float plane, or helicopter, Sadie Cove
Wilderness Lodge offers the visitor a unique opportunity to participate first hand in
Alaska's wilderness lifestyle with a true Alaskan sourdough.

Nestled between the dramatic vertical peaks of Sadie fjord are a
variety of accommodations in private, handcrafted cabins a
sauna and bath house next to a rushing creek a communal
entertainment and T.V. lounge a dining hall complete with
professional chef/waitress and an Alaskan sized Barbecue/fire pit.
The atmosphere is rustic elegance, a great place for a honeymoon,
a holiday or a family reunion.

Activities include halibut or salmon fishing, hiking the State Park trails, wildlife
photography, bear viewing, glacier touring, flightseeing, sea kayaking, clamming, berry
