Poipu Beach and Brennecke's beaches start with a 200 yard walk along our little street. Surfing, swimming and snorkeling are all right here. Great area also for walks to the beach and at night to see the sunsets and stars. Numerous fine restaurants are within walking distance and others within a few minute drive. Other attractions include hiking, horse back riding, shopping and just being lazy on the beach!

Poipu Beach is a large seaside public park that is known for it's colorful fish that can be seen snorkeling. About twenty minutes from Marjorie's is Salt Pond Park. This is also a lovely place graced with palms and protected swimming. Here, Hawaiians still gather salt from sea water deposits. There are 3 golf courses in the area, tennis facilities, horseback riding, kayaking and bicycling.
