Kenya holds some remarkable birding sights that you have to see them to believe. You can find the worlds biggest bird, the Ostrich, but also spectacular flamingos that congregate in their millions at the various Lakes of the Great Rift Valley and camouflage them in pink,



With eleven percent of the worlds species some 1089 different varieties, Kenyas birding is one of the best in the world.
It is not unusual to record 300600 different varieties on a short trip or to record more than 120 at a particular site on a single day!
The variety of birds in Kenya is made possible by the favourable climate, diverse habitats and geographical features that make it a suitable migratory route for birds.

At Aberdares National Park stay in a Tree Hotel where Queen Elizabeth II became the Queen when her father died in 1952. She was staying in this hotel that night.
Cross the Equitor to Samburu game Reserve in the Northern part of Kenya. See different game like Reticulated giraffe, Grevy Zebras, Gerenuks among other. You may visit a Samburu traditional village.
Then drive down to the floor of the Great Rift Valley and its lakes. You watch millions of pink flamingoes at Lake Nakuru. You may take a boatride to the crescent Island at Lake Naivasha.
