The gauchos are the south american cowboys they spend all day from sunrise to sunset working with the cows and horses in an almost untouched nature. You will accompagny them horseriding herding hundreds of head of cattle in huge fields to check the animals. You'll have the opportunity to observe wild animals in normal environment carpinchos, ostriches, armadillos, birds, ect. You might even lasso a calf...
Parallely there is the breeding farm of Quarter horses where you can participate to feeding the horses, checking the mares and foals, learn to ride western.
