Duplex penthouse, new for the 2003/4 season, in the style of a chalet with exposed wooden beams, eaves and plenty of wooden paneling on both floors. There are two balconies, one facing east and the other south. The views are magnificent. It can be used by parties of adults or by families, sleeping from 2 to 8 (though there is a good quality sofa bed in the sitting room if you are desperate for extra space). There is one bathroom and one shower room, both with w.c.s. There is a second neighbouring apartment available, sleeping 6. Centrally located in Courchevel 1650, about 400m from the lift station, shops and numerous restaurants and the ski bus stop, yet quiet. There is an underground garage and a heated ski locker. Many services are provided by our local agents. It is ideal if you want accommodation of a better standard than the average hotel or apartment.
