The Adobe B and B is in one of the most beautiful places on Earth. Santa Cruz sits on the blue Pacific Ocean and is known for it's ocean sports, fishing, golf, hiking, biking excellent cuisine and superb nightlife. Geographically we sit on the edge of the continent and up against a beautiful Redwood shrouded mountain range. Nearly our entire county is covered in Redwood forest. Off shore is the famous Monterey Bay Marine Sanctuary which is the playground for whales, sharks, pelagic sharks, dolphins, salmon, and many other species of marine life. A lot of marine research goes on in this sanctuary because it is extremely deep very close to shore.

Local attractions include the Redwood Forests, excellent golf, the Beach Boardwalk historic amusement park which has an awesome roller coaster right on the beach! Boats are available for sunset cruises, Roaring Camp Railroad gives steam train rides up in the mountains, and the wine tasting in the Santa Cruz appellation is superb.
